I have created a pdf which is 23.4MB but it won't upload on to our website. Is there any way i can make it small enough to put up without having to change the size of the pictures? A nice free online service that does this is at http://www.imageoptimizer.net/Pages/Home鈥?/a> Do each photo individually and you will be impressed at the size reduction. Then, when you create the PDF it should be significantly smaller. TIP: If the photos are for viewing online, anything larger than 640x480 is likely a waste - you probably want the photos to be viewable on one screen - and if the photos are a meg or larger each, they're already too big for online viewing.
