I'm looking for a website where I can put in a recipe and then adjust the calories for substitutions that I have made. Last week I made chicken noodle soup but instead of regular broth, I used a lower sodium variety. The nutrition info for the original version was included, but how can I calculate the changes to accommodate the substitution? If there is a site that will do it for me, I'd like to know what it is.
