If you have the confirmation code, that means that the credit card has been billed. It's too late to change the price.
If the confirmation code wasn't a credit card confirmation code but rather just a receipt, check it against what they finally sent you. If there is a discrepancy, call your credit card company. They'll deal with it for you. They have fraud units for this purpose.
