What I really want to know is how to make it possible to submit in some way messages, or news, updates, into my website and make it possible for other people that I choose to do so too.
I would like to put like you know, news or articles as a blog at the home page of my site (but remember: I don't want a blog! I just want to submit things into my website without needing to modify my website using dreamweaver and all that!).
Here are 2 examples of sites

At their home page, they submit news and say happy birthday to their staff, and people can comment on what they said, and see who submitted the story. It is like a blog, but not a separate page or domain. Now, people have to put a username and a password to submit the news, but they don't need to know any HTML or PHP or SQL, they just sign in, and submit the news, and there it appears.

It might require knowing a little html because it doesn't have a WYSIWYG form, but you may not actually need to format it anything extra.
It allows a hierarchy of users, allows comments, and doesn't require a database.
