Of course it all depends if you will be accepted with YPN, which is harder to get approved and slower to approve sites (I know of sites that took 6 months to get approved)Is it hard to change a premade website from adsense to Yahoo Publisher Network?it really depends on the site - if it's all static then it means changing on every page, and this of course then depends on how many pages the site has - if on the other hand its a dymanic site using CSS then it's just a few page templates that need to be changed around
